A printable version can be found here. If you feel that your issue is not dealt with, please mail us. The cost of the transfer is $20 per person, one way, and $40 per person, round trip. If the total one way cost of your transfer is more than $245, it will be cheaper for you to take a private van or bus. There is no child's rate. Please order online here. Bus service between the Salt Lake City airport and Park City is available as follows. The first bus leaves the Salt Lake airport for Park City at 9 a.m., and the last at 10 p.m. The first bus leaves Park City for the Salt Lake airport at 6 a.m., and the last bus leaves at 4 p.m. Please consider our low cost Park City shuttle service outside these times.
Locations ServicedPlease check to make sure that your destination is serviced by our vehicles. You can check by hotel/property/destination name or by road name/area. If you do not see your location listed below, we can provide a taxi for you, at a cost of $2.50 per person, with a minimum charge of $10, to most places in lower Park City, once the bus drops you off.
Depending on the number of people, a bus, mini bus, large van or mini van will be used. Terminal One (all domestic airlines excluding Skywest and Delta): Outside door 6. All the doors in Terminal One are numbered. Terminal Two (Delta and Skywest). Outside door 13 (not door 12): If you follow an imaginary line drawn through all the luggage carousels, door 13 is the door on the other side of carousel 8. While different vehicles may be used, all will have a large sign on the side that says Park City Bus. While reservations are not essential, they are recommended. Availability is not guaranteed without a reservation. Cancellations
will be accepted, and a full refund will be given, subject to
both of the following criteria being met: A purported cancellation that does not meet the above requirements will result in your card being charged in full. Pick up times are not guaranteed. Service may run late during snowstorms or times when road and traffic conditions are bad. Some properties in Park City may have drop off and pick up locations at the entrance to the complex, or at the bottom of a driveway, or at the road next to the building. In other words, there are several locations where we may not be able to get you to the building. We are in no way responsible for your flight arriving late. We will do our best to accommodate you, as soon as possible after arriving. If your flight is delayed, and you are on it, and we are not able to accommodate you, we will refund your money and you are at liberty to take a shuttle service. If you are arriving late, and your flight is delayed such that it arrives after the bus has stopped running, it is incumbent upon you to let us know that you would like us to provide private transfer service for you, at our regular rate. If no prior arrangements are made, and the flight arrives after the bus has stopped running, your money will be refunded for that leg of the transfer only, and we assume no responsibility to get you to Park City. All people and luggage must be on board the vehicle at the time that it is ready to leave. We will not wait for delayed passengers or luggage. |
